The liners oxidise grease and excess fats into a fine ash when the oven reaches a temperature of 200°C so you can quickly wipe it away. Safety features For added safety each burner is equipped with a Flame Failure Device which will automatically switch off the gas supply if the flame should go out. A cut-off device will also kick-in if the hob lid is closed. What's more, a cooling fan inside the CH60GCIW Gas Cooker cools down the cavities once the cooking process has finished.
